In a $80m lawsuit against websites hosting the images, Durst’s manager alleges that he was approached by someone claiming to have obtained the material from the same source who hacked Paris Hilton’s phone.
The US secret service is currently investigating this and the Paris Hilton case, the court papers reveal. The 29 year-old singer claimed that the publication of the videos would cause him “harm, humiliation, embarrassment and damage".
One of the websites being sued, stated: “We don’t know why you’re so mad at us.
“Someone sent us a link to a video of your penis, we went into shock, and we shared it with the world for about two hours. Then we wept, found God, took a hot bath, and removed the video from our site.”
